What is the return policy?
Returns and Exchanges
At KETTYJEWERLY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we offer the possibility of exchanging or returning your items within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Below we explain the process:
Changes
If you wish to make a change, please follow these steps:
Initial Communication: Please email us at kettyjewelrystore@gmail.com as soon as you receive the product. Please include in the message your invoice number, the reason for the exchange, and the new product you want.
Confirmation: Within 48 hours, we will contact you to tell you how to proceed.
Product Return: You must return the product within 96 hours of our communication. It is essential that the item is in perfect condition and unused. If this period is exceeded, KETTYJEWERLY reserves the right to accept the exchange.
Dispatch of the New Product: Once we receive the item you wish to exchange and verify its condition, we will proceed to dispatch the new product, as long as it is available in stock.
Returns
If you prefer to return an item, please follow this process:
Initial Communication: Send us an email to kettyjewelrystore@gmail.com indicating your invoice number and the reasons for the return.
Confirmation: Within 96 hours, we will contact you to explain the next steps.
Product Return: The product must be returned within 96 hours of our communication. It is essential that the item is in good condition and unused. If this deadline is not respected, KETTYJEWERLY reserves the right to accept the return.
Refund: Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in the required condition, the amount will be credited to the bank account you provide.

In all cases, it is essential to keep the delivery note to facilitate the exchange and return process.
